IGIPS, through its dedicated Training and Placement Cell, makes continuously successful efforts in assisting its students get jobs. Through the institute’s placement assistance, its students secure jobs in various sectors like pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, research and development institutions, and manufacturing sectors across the country every year.

The placement activities undertaken by the T&P Cell typically involve providing career counseling to students, training them and developing their employability skills, preparing them for industry, and inviting pharmaceutical companies to the campus for recruitment drives, where the students are hired directly. The Cell facilitates interactions with industry professionals through educational tours, industrial visits, guest lectutes, workshops, expert guidance, and research collaborations. The Cell maintains an industry-institute interface which promotes collaboration, knowledge exchange, and mutual benefit.
