Overview

The aim of the Cultural and Sports Committee is to promote and arrange cultural, sports, and other extracurricular activities, to bring out the talents of students in the performing arts. The committee has been constituted by the institute comprising the following members:

Duties of the Program Committee:

  • The Committee shall be responsible for all intra and inter collegiate sports and cultural events in the institute.
  • To plan and schedule cultural events for the academic year. (Tentative dates to be included in the Academic Calendar of the institute.)
  • To prepare budget for all cultural events and take necessary steps for its approval.
  • The Convener of the committee shall conduct a meeting of the committee to discuss and delegate task.
  • The committee shall display on the Notice Board/Website information about festivals to be celebrated.
  • To keep record of photographs, videos and documents related to the sports and cultural events for uploading in the college website.
  • To prepare and maintain records of all cultural activities.
  • Any other duties the Director/Principal may assign.

  • College Foundation Day – 19th November
  • Republic Day – 26th January
  • Independence Day – 15th August

(Events also include rally, seminars, workshops and exhibitions, wherever applicable, that provide a platform for pharmacists to showcase their expertise and knowledge.)
