Overview
The Proctorial Committee is responsible for the student related matters pertaining to all acts of indiscipline and is chiefly responsible for ensuring that rules and regulation framed by Institute are being followed by the students. The Proctorial Committee has been constituted by the institute comprising the following members:

Duties And Responsibilities:
- To maintain discipline in the institute; ensure institute rules are understood and followed.
- To keep an eye on the general moral behavior of the students.
- To prevent the student from indulging in any political activities on the institute premises.
- To prevent the student from indulging in any type of ragging activities.
- Cases of indiscipline or indecent behavior of any student, cases of individual/group harassment, threats, manhandling etc. are dealt strictly by the Proctorial Committee.
- To keep vigilance on the attendance of students in the class.
- To keep vigilance on the attendance of students in the examination.
- To work cooperatively with the Dean to maintain absolute student discipline in the campus.
- To contact parents/guardians of students when necessary.
- To help students in clearing their doubts by consulting with subject experts.
